This is an old family favourite, known as ‘Cowboy Food’.
1 cup of Rice
2 cups of Water
1 can of Corned Beef
1 can of Diced Tomatoes
1 can of Baked Beans
Begin by boiling the rice in the water. Once the rice is cooked mix in the canned corned beef, diced tomatoes and baked beans. Your meal is ready as soon as it is heated up.
This meal is a cheap and wonderful one-pot wonder, it’s super easy to make and very satisfying after a full day of fun. Not only that, these ingredients have a long shelf life so there is no need to worry about keeping it fresh!
